We want you to be completely satisfied with your Alexandre Birman purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the shoes in their original dust bags and designer box, ensuring they are packed securely inside a protective shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
